Meet Melissa Neill

Melissa Neill, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering telehealth appointments to patients throughout the state of Florida at Lewis Family Psychiatry in Wellington. Melissa works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns while utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

Melissa received her undergraduate degree from Stellenbosch University in Stellenbosch, South Africa. She then furthered her education, obtaining a master's degree from Walden University before obtaining a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification. 

Melissa enjoys treating patients from all age groups, with a special interest in helping children and adolescents with attentional and/or behavioral issues and working with older adults. Having practiced nursing in three different countries (South Africa, England, and the United States) over the last 20 years, Melissa utilizes the skills learned working in a variety of settings and with a variety of ages to provide a holistic and caring approach to mental health care with her patients and families.
